SPRING HINGES - CPS Series
The CPS series full mortise single acting spring hinge is recommended for use where automatic self closing of a door is required. This three knuckle hinge is adjustable and the spring tension can be increased or decreased by using adjusting tool included. For maximum versatility use three spring hinges on required opening. Full spring tension may not be required on all hinges but allows for greater adjustment.
Specifications:
- UL listed for “A” label fire doors
- Steel base material
- Square and 5/8“ radius corner available on 3.5” x 3.5” and 4.0” x 4.0” self closing hinges
- Template screw hole locations
- 3.5” packed with wood screws, 4.0, 4.5 packed with both wood and machine screws
- Conforms to ANSI / BHMA - K81071F for self closing hinges
- Meets NFPA 80 for 3 hour fire rating
- 1 Year mechanical and finish warranty
Note: Spring hinges are not available in non-ferrous base material.
